Six Huntingdon golfers named Academic All-Americans

MONTGOMERY, Ala. – Six Huntingdon golfers were recently recognized as Academic All-Americans. Rodes Bowers, Griffin Just, Jamey Lester and Steven Smith were named to the Golf Coaches Association of America's Cleveland/Srixon All-America Scholar team and Saem Hur and Courtney Harville were named to the Women's Golf Coaches Association's All-American Scholar team.
134 Hawks recognized on USA South Academic All-Conference Team

Lady Hawks finish 11th in Jekyll Island Women’s Collegiate

JEKYLL ISLAND, Ga. – The Huntingdon women's golf team turned in another solid round with a 335 in the final round of the Jekyll Island Women's Collegiate on Sunday. The Lady Hawks finished the three-round event in 11th with a score of 1,007. The score is the second lowest 54-hole total in program history.

JEKYLL ISLAND, Ga. – The Huntingdon women's golf team continued to play strong in the second round of the Jekyll Island Women's Collegiate on Saturday. The Lady Hawks shaved 24 strokes off their first-round score and shot 324 on Saturday. The round is the third best round in program history and just three strokes off the program record of 321.

JEKYLL ISLAND, Ga. – The Huntingdon women's golf team played strong on the front nine but struggled on the back nine on Friday in the opening round of the Jekyll Island Women's Collegiate. The Lady Hawks led the field during much of their round, but enter Saturday's second round tied for 12th in the 20-team field. Huntingdon finished the opening round with a score of 348.
